Fox Winery Sauvignon Blanc

This is a 7-day 23 litre (30 bottle) wine making kit.  It is one of today’s fastest fermenting homebrew wine kits and yet it will produce a very high quality wine.  Whilst speed and quality don’t normally go together the kit includes a new highly specialised yeast/nutrient.  This means that all of the natural qualities of the grape are retained throughout the fermentation.

Only 100% high quality varietal grape juice concentrate has been used in this kit.  This achieves a well balanced wine, near the commercial equivalent.

All ingredients are included in the box.  Just add water to make 23 litres of delicious high quality wine.

2. Stabiliser (E223, E202) (sulphites)
3. Finings (kiselsol)
4. Finings (chitosan)

Needs basic fermenting equipment.
