Fox Winery Pinot Grigio

This is a 7-day 23 litre (30 bottle) wine making kit.  It is one of today’s fastest fermenting homebrew wine kits that also produces a very high quality wine.  Whilst speed and quality don’t normally go together this kit includes a new highly specialised yeast/nutrient.  This means that all of the natural qualities of the grape are retained throughout the fermentation.

Only 100% high quality varietal grape juice concentrate has been used in this kit.  This achieves a well balanced wine, near the commercial equivalent.

All ingredients are included in the box.  Just add water to make 23 litres of delicious high quality wine.
Sachets:
1. Dried wine yeast and nutrient.
2. Stabiliser (E223, E202) (sulphites).
3. Finings (kiselsol).
4. Finings (chitosan).

Needs basic fermenting equipment.
